They’ve been really steady with the treatments all season. They show up when they say they will, and, yeah, my lawn is definitely looking better now.

I’ve been using Weed Man Canada for a couple of seasons now, i’m still not totally sure how I feel about it. Some parts of my lawn definitely looked better after the treatments, so it’s not like it did nothing, but the overall experience has been a bit all over the place.

One year, the person who came out was really thorough, left clear notes, and seemed to actually pay attention to what was going on. Then another visit felt super rushed, and I ended up having to call because there were spots that looked like they were missed. I was kind of confused because it felt like a totally different level of service from the same company.
Customer service was okay when I reached out, not amazing but not bad either. My impression is that it really depends on the local franchise or whoever shows up that day. I’d say it’s fine overall, but I wouldn’t go in expecting the exact same experience every time
